Many health professionals carry a quiet weight.
Long days. Emotional labour. System pressures. The ongoing responsibility of caring for others.
Over time, the energy that once fuelled meaningful work can begin to feel stretched — and the space to pause and reconnect can become harder to find.
Embers to Flame was created as a space to step out of the intensity of everyday practice.
A place where clinicians can slow down, reflect, and reconnect with the deeper reasons they chose this work. Reconnect with your inner steadiness, restore your energy, and rediscover meaning in the work you do.
This retreat offers a rare opportunity to step away from the demands of caring work and return to it with renewed clarity, steadiness, and purpose.
