That is completely okay.
Many participants arrive feeling tired, emotionally depleted, or unsure how much they will want to engage. The retreat is intentionally designed with flexibility and spaciousness, allowing you to participate in ways that feel supportive rather than demanding.
You are always welcome to step back, rest, spend time in nature, or simply observe. There is no pressure to perform, share more than you wish, or engage in every activity.
Many participants attend on their own.
The retreat is designed to create a warm and supportive environment, and the small group size allows connections to develop naturally. Shared meals, reflective activities, and time in nature often create a gentle sense of community without pressure.
You are welcome to come exactly as you are — whether you are feeling open and social or simply needing space to reconnect with yourself.
Yes.
Because many participants work in caring professions, confidentiality and psychological safety are important aspects of the retreat environment.
Participants are asked to respect the privacy of others and not share personal stories or reflections outside the retreat space. This helps create a setting where people feel safe to reflect and engage authentically.
At the same time, participants are always free to choose what and how much they wish to share.
Wi-Fi may be available in some areas, but we encourage participants to limit digital use and disconnect from work where possible.
An emergency contact process will be shared before arrival.
The retreat includes reflective and peer-based elements that may be eligible for self-logged CPD, depending on your profession.
Participants are responsible for determining suitability for their own registration body.
