Psychology

We offer tailored psychological support to foster emotional wellbeing, resilience and deeper self-understanding. Our psychologists are passionate about helping people make meaningful and sustainable change, and work across a wide range of mental health concerns and life challenges.


Our team brings diverse clinical interests, experience and perspectives, allowing us to thoughtfully match clients with the psychologist and approach that best suits their needs.

Therapy Delivery Options

Sessions may be offered via:

  • Face-to-face appointments
  • Telehealth (secure video sessions)
  • Community-based settings
  • Home or school visits (where appropriate)
  • Nature-based or outdoor environments


We work collaboratively with clients, families and referrers to ensure therapy is practical, supportive and aligned with individual goals.


Fees & funding: Medicare rebates may apply with a GP Mental Health Treatment Plan.
NDIS self-managed and plan-managed clients welcome.

Assessments

If you are considering an assessment, we encourage you to contact us to discuss your needs. We are happy to talk you through the assessment process step by step, including what is involved, expected timeframes and costs, so you can make an informed decision before booking.


We provide a range of comprehensive assessment services for children, adolescents and adults, including:


Types of Assessments


  • Autism assessments
  • ADHD and behavioural assessments
  • Cognitive assessments
  • Functional Capacity Assessments (FCA)
  • Comprehensive needs assessments
  • Specific Learning Disorder assessments
  • Early intervention and developmental screening assessments
  • Updated or review diagnostic assessments
  • Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD) assessments


All assessments are conducted using evidence-based tools and a person-centred approach, with clear, practical recommendations to support access to appropriate services, funding and ongoing supports where relevant.


Assessments may support diagnostic clarification, treatment planning, and access to services such as NDIS, education supports or workplace accommodations.


Assessment fees: Quoted upfront following intake to ensure the assessment is appropriate and proportionate.

2026 Group Programs

We offer a range of structured, evidence-informed group programs and workshops designed to support children, families and adults at different stages of life. Each program is facilitated by experienced clinicians and provides a supportive space for learning, connection and practical skill-building.


Cool Kids Anxiety Program – ASD Adapted

For neurodivergent children aged 7–12 years and their parents/carers
A structured, evidence-based anxiety program adapted for autistic and neurodivergent children, with parallel parent support.

  • Intake interviews commence: 16 February 2026
  • Sessions: Mondays, 5:00–6:30pm


Next Steps – Part 1

For parents/carers of children or adolescents with ADHD and/or Autism
A supportive 5-week group focused on understanding and adjusting after diagnosis.

  • Dates: 4 May – 1 June 2026
  • Sessions: Mondays, 5:00–7:00pm


Next Steps – Part 2

For parents/carers of children or adolescents with ADHD and/or Autism
A practical, skills-focused series exploring executive functioning, emotional regulation, and everyday strategies for home and school.

  • Dates: To be confirmed


Mother & Daughter – In the Space Between Us (Part 1)

For mothers and daughters
A guided relational journey to strengthen connection and understanding through breathwork and creative therapeutic activities.

  • Dates: Saturdays, 1–15 August 2026


Embers to Flame – Health Professional Nature-Based Retreat

For health professionals
A therapeutic, evidence-informed retreat supporting burnout recovery, resilience and reconnection for professionals experiencing chronic stress or compassion fatigue.

  • Dates: 18–20 September 2026


Program fees: Group fees vary depending on program length, group size, and funding type 

(including NDIS group-based claiming).
