As our clinicians are often in sessions and reception can be busy, there may be times when we’re not immediately available. We appreciate your patience and will be in touch as soon as we can to support your enquiry or booking.

Empowr Health Collective operates as a private psychology practice and is not subsidised beyond the funding options outlined on our website.
Initial appointments require payment prior to the appointment to confirm your booking. For subsequent appointments, full payment is required at the time of your session.
Please note that we are not a bulk-billing service. Any applicable rebates or funding arrangements will be discussed with you where relevant to your circumstances.
We understand that life can be unpredictable, and there may be times when you need to change or cancel your appointment.
If this happens, please let our team know as soon as possible by phone, SMS, voicemail or email. Providing adequate notice allows us to offer the appointment to another client who may be waiting for support.
We kindly request at least 48 business hours’ notice for any cancellation or reschedule.
