We're looking for a highly organised, people-focused Practice Coordinator & Client Services Lead to join our growing psychology-led multidisciplinary practice in Nelson Bay.

This is more than a reception role. We're seeking someone who enjoys creating order from complexity, supporting people, improving systems, and helping a busy practice run smoothly behind the scenes.

You'll work closely with our clinicians, clients, families and Director to help create an exceptional experience for everyone who walks through our doors.

32–38 hours per week
