Teigan is an Accredited Mental Health Social Worker and Victims Services Counsellor with over 10 years’ experience supporting children, adolescents, and adults across a range of mental health settings.
Teigan has worked in both early intervention and acute mental health services, supporting individuals experiencing trauma, significant life stressors, emotional distress, and complex mental health presentations. She is known for her calm, compassionate, and grounded approach, creating a safe space where clients feel genuinely heard and supported.
Teigan draws from evidence-based approaches including CBT, DBT, ACT, and Motivational Interviewing, tailoring therapy to each person’s unique needs and goals. She has a particular interest in trauma recovery, mental health assessment, and collaborative,
holistic care.
