Michelle brings 20 years’ experience and a deeply human, neuroaffirming, and trauma-informed approach to her work.
She blends evidence-based therapies including EMDR, Play, Somatic Therapies, CBT, ACT, Schema Therapy, Gottman Method, and mindfulness. She creates a safe, flexible space where individuals and families can heal, grow, and thrive. Whether through therapy, coaching, assessments, psychoeducation, or program development, Michelle is passionate about helping clients feel understood, empowered, and confident in themselves.
Michelle is also committed to training and is a board-approved supervisor. She believes growing and healing isn’t about “fixing,” but about embracing who you are and moving forward in healthy ways that align with your true self.
Outside the clinic, Michelle enjoys adventures, creating things, pottery, painting, and spending time with family, friends, her lively dachshunds, and very large fluffy cats.
