Ayesha brings over 15 years of experience across clinical, academic, government, and private practice settings. After becoming a fully registered psychologist in 2005, she continued her studies to complete a PhD in Neuroimmunology in 2007.
After working across the lifespan for many years, she now focuses on supporting adults affected by trauma and other challenging life experiences, including complex trauma, PTSD, grief and loss, anxiety, depression, and intrusive memories.
Ayesha’s trauma-informed approach blends warmth and non-judgment with a strong evidence base.
Ayesha draws on EMDR, Schema Therapy, Imagery Rescripting, CBT, and ACT, tailoring each intervention to the individual. In addition to therapy, she conducts diagnostic assessments, including neurodiversity-affirming autism assessments across the lifespan.
Outside of work, Ayesha absolutely loves being in the ocean and spending time with her children and friends.
