Booking an Appointment

Appointment Scheduling

Scheduling an appointment with EMPOWR Health Collective is simple and convenient. You can book via email, SMS, or phone, and our team will assist you in finding a suitable time. If we are unable to answer your call, please leave a message, send an SMS, or email us. As we often spend time managing service enquiries and bookings, we will respond as soon as we are available.

Payments

EMPOWR operates as a private practice and is not subsidised beyond the funding options listed.

  • Initial appointments - Payment is required prior to appointment for confirmation
  • Subsequent appointments - Full payment is required at the time of your appointment 


* Please note, we are not a bulk billing service.


We offer various payment options, including online processing through Halaxy, Square, Cash payments, and Medicare and HICAPS rebate facilities, which are claimed for you at the time of payment.

Cancellation & Rescheduling

We understand that life can be unpredictable, and sometimes you may need to change your appointment. If this happens, please let our reception team know as soon as possible by phone, SMS, voicemail, or email.


We kindly ask for at least 48 business hours’ notice for any cancellation or reschedule. This helps us offer your appointment to another client who may be waiting for support.


  • More than 48 business hours’ notice: No fee applies.
  • 24–48 business hours’ notice: $150 late cancellation fee.
  • Less than 24 business hours’ notice or no-show: Full session fee applies.


Please note that cancellation fees can’t be claimed through Medicare or private health funds. NDIS and other third-party funders will be charged according to their short-notice cancellation policy.

To help you manage your appointments, we’ll send reminders — an email when you book, and prior to your appointment,  and an SMS approx three days prior. If we don’t hear back, our team may follow up with a quick call.


If cancellations or missed sessions become frequent and we don’t hear from you, future appointments may be released to others on our waiting list.
